Details:

Only a narrow pair of tweezers not included to help with placement some parts. This is a model kit and once assembled properly it will resemble the one pictured here.

I used a much thicker card stock 120 lb for the billboard stand extra strength. Unsure about card stock model's. No problem.

It is not card board, metal, plastic or wood. Simple assembly required. Two options for billboard rooftop access air conditioner if you choose to have a more modern look.

All pieces come pre-cut with perforated folding areas. Over 55 images were used to create the building texture you see here.

No cutting is required. Assembly time is as little 45 minutes with experience paper model ling for the set. Our production process takes all the guesswork out for you.

I did my best as always to bring this kit you at a reasonable price, however may see it is slightly more than average cost for with the complex features such billboard.

I cannot combine shipping costs if you purchase items individually, sorry. This is a card stock model. The pictures displayed here show model assembled with score lines touched up paint.

The majority of my kits can be assembled in less than 1 hour. Ships in a 5x9 yellow Kraft envelope. This is a card stock kit.

A fine tip brush and paint not included can be used to conceal perforation makes if desired see picture. Non-water based paints would most likely be best. You do not need a ruler or scoring tool to make fold like most other kits but will it easier.

The item is defective damaged in a way which prevents assembly or lighting feature DOA. This is not a wood en or plastic kit. I design all of my kits with simplicity in mind when it comes to assembly. The model's still look great without touch-up.

Very detailed and low cost alternative to populating your layout with structures. Unfortunately this means its too thick for the printer so it comes in plain white. Cover stock is a form of thick paper.
