The wheel treads and valve gear are dark nickel plated. All of the driving axles are powered. Item sold as is. Train details.

The tender appears to have needed repair on the front left side of the wheels due to what appears to be clear glue. Used for long ore and coal trains.

Version with oil firing and witter smoke deflectors. The engine is in good shape, but there appears to be a minor part broken on the left front of the locomotive.
