Details:

Four out of the five buildings have lighting. Train not included in offer.

With a yellow hue were taken flash. Entire layout is securely set in a sturdy wood frame. Z the hand controller also included used to power the 2nd circuit. This layout is completely finished except for the people, cars and trucks.

The true color is somewhere in between. Very nice detail and custom painting, track has been ballasted. Pictures with a grey hue were taken in natural light.

Marklin controller included used for one of the circuits and to power lights switches. The wiring under layout can be accessed by removing two hidden wood plugs that secure in place.
