Feel free to ask me any questions before buying. So these don't come up often. Suitcase is in pretty nice condition but there has been a tape repair over tear at one of the bottom corners see pics. There Hans't been any offer history on this layout since suitcase measures about 21 x 29 7 i'm not sure if or what little parts are missing to landscape.

Curtsy of worth point. It appears to be complete, from what I can tell but i'll let you decide the pictures. There are about 3 or 4 lose trees that will easily glue back in place. Up for offer is a hard to find z scale landscape track suitcase layout by Noch marklin mini-club trains.

Also has some minor cosmetic blemishes.
